Technical informations on our website are taken from the websites of the Production houses of the products listed in our catalogue. Accessoriracing.com reserves the right to modify/adjust technical informations of the products in the catalogue, depending on the decision of the Production house, even without notice.
Products availability
You can find our list of products on our website. Since the possibility to make an online order modifies in real time the availability of the product, Accessoriracing.com doesn’t guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered product.
Risk and property
Products are sent carriage free, insured with charge on invoice; if the goods were sent carriage forward, after a customer direction, the risk is to be considered all-depending on the client, from the product delivery to the warehouse. At the moment of the delivery the client must check the package’s integrity and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with the transport document (DDT). In case of discordances, they must be pointed out in the same document and confirmed within seven days, by fax or letter sent by recorder delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to Accessoriracing.com. The package must be checked within seven days from the delivery even with undivided/undamaged packaging. Any hidden anomaly must be pointed out by fax or letter sent by recorder delivery. Every signal made after seven days, will not be considered. The client take full charge of every statement.
Orders
We accept only online and fax orders, or orders in written form. The customer who made the online order will receive, after the end of the procedure, a confirmation e-mail with the order number; if the number doesn’t appear after some minutes, the order will be considered as not accepted by every law effect, even for accounting and administrative reasons, or for lack of products.
Prices
Every price listed on the website is VAT included. Prices can be modified at any time, without notice.
Payment Methods
The available payment options are Advance Bank Transfer, PostePay Recharge (for an amount less than 1.000,00 €) and Credit Card (Paypal). Other payment methods must be arranged with Accessoriracing.comin written form. Accessoriracing.com reserves, in final decision, the right to cancel the order, even after accepting it, at those clients that resulted off-credit (with outstanding accounts) or with legal arguments. |
