PZ006 - Accossato Moto 3 CNC-Worked Brake Caliper Distance 60mm Off-Set 20,5mm

The PZ006 Brake Caliper Accossato was carried out using the best technologies and the most 'innovative materials. The caliper structure is realized in one piece and is machined from solid with CNC 5-axis machines. The shape of the pliers has been realized by performing complex CAD studies, to ensure the lowest possible weight, the optimum level of body rigidity and the best heat dissipation capacity generated by braking. During the machining, the caliper body is controlled to 100% from the three-dimensional laboratory machines, in the next phase, the product is oxidized through an appropriate treatment in hard oxide, which gives a prolonged resistance in time. The cylindrical end caps made of aluminum have been designed to obtain a closure mechanical seal.
